OK I give in

Ok,

Enough people have written me that I will try, with some real effort to keep the blog going.

I'm sorry if I offended anyone, I just have been losing my mind, and have lost control of the steering wheel.

There is a certain sense to when and when not to share personal information, and I wasn't clear on that. because of that, I offended some of the people close to me, and just flat out annoyed others.

to all, if you notice I try very hard not to use names, but I can't be totally anonymous without ruining the story, so I have to give certain facts.

If I say something about you, and you hate it, just tell me and I'll pull it down.

I like being able to speak to all of you, I just hate being beat up for it.

This is by far the easiest way to do so. And I really do have a desire to keep in touch.

So for now, I'll try to keep the blog rolling, but if I offend you just let me know.

Cheers,

H

Now that you mention it, your breath offends me. What have you been eating, road-kill? And to echo an earlier post, get a haircut! And your shoes. What are we going to do about your shoes? And who are you kidding with this "Mac only" BS. I know you secretly have a Win2003 server running in your apartment so you can experience Tuesday patch-day with the rest of us.

There. I said it. It's on the table. Deal with it!

SCrew you and the horse you rode in on.

I just spent two whole frigging days getting this stupid PC to work, while it took me 1 hour to get a deceased PB 3400 to work .

I can't believe people pay money for this shite.

This is the worst technology I'vwe ever seen.

ANd I don't have a server, I have a friggin Dell, and all it does is run SWG and Final Fantasy. so there.

Look, it's not like i don't take advice, Ok ? I juat hate being judged from my past,

I'm a good dog now. Andimtired of being judged as my ole "self".

If you don't believe in me then just lieve me alone. It'ts lonely enough here and painful enough here without you impacting it. OK?

I lost the greatest thing in my life. My dearest freind and my wife, I will never be able to deal with that, I NEVER plannened to get married.

Before that I lost Indiana, a fucking kitten, she had no chance and it was on Christmas day,I think I have a little room here to be upset. Call me crazy, but I have some issues.

Sorry but I just get nuts once in a while I can't explain why it comes out when it does, but it does.

I'm glad to see that you're keeping the blog going Harry!

The important thing to keep in mind is that it is other people's money and they are willing to pay people like you and me to make it run. I don't know about you, but I'll gladly take their money regardless of how deeply flawed their logic is at times. The more stupid/stubborn they are, the more money I make in the process and that's fine with me.

It's only when someone makes a sly comment about my own choice of running Linux or BSD that my feathers get ruffled. But then it only serves to remind me that Joe User probably doesn't appreciate it much when I go off on how bad their choice is either.

So while I might recommend alternatives to Microsoft software to my clients since I'm in a position to know better, I always keep it in the back of my mind that the only buttons I really need to push are the ones on the ATM machine. If that means swallowing my words of wisdom because they're falling on deaf ears I could care less as long as the check clears.

I'm having a hard time connecting the dots between my posts and the responses from Harry. Clearly someone is failing to see the tongue firmly implanted in cheek. To quote my bestest buddy, and big toe, Sgt. Hulka, "lighten up, Francis" ;)
